Inspired by this profound meaning, Thonglor Thai Cuisine blends up all the deliciousness into contemporary local Thai delicacies under the supervision of Chef Vorapol Itthikhanesorn, also known as Chef Thomas, the Head Chef who is famed for his expertise in using local Thai ingredients and traditional Thai recipes that emphasize the nutritional value of Thai food in order to deliver unique taste and perfectly convey the local culture of Thailand. The meticulousness in choosing raw materials has resulted in rich, authentic flavors and a high level of food safety. The use of locally-sourced raw materials also helps support local farmers in a meaningful way, while at the same time passing on natural deliciousness of the ingredients to customers and making every meal a worthy one.

Chef Vorapol Itthikhanesorn, also known as Chef Thomas, has learned about and been fascinated by the culinary arts of all types since he was of school age. He has over 15 years of experience in the food industry, both domestically and internationally, along with expertise in Thai and international cuisine. He also specializes in food innovation research and development and has a keen interest in sourcing and selecting local ingredients for Thai recipes, as well as being equipped with knowledge in a diverse range of art fields. His passion and devotion to culinary arts have won him several awards at various national and international culinary competitions. He has cultivated experience in many countries such as Australia, Germany, China, and Thailand. He also had the opportunity to prepare food for the royal family and had been awarded as a royal student under His Majesty King Maha Bhumibol Adulyadej. Chef Thomas is responsible for overseeing the overall operations at Thonglor Thai Cuisine, as well as creating delectable recipes using the finest ingredients from all over the country.
